charming stay close to everything

I enjoyed my time. the location was super convenient. I was only a short walk from the train station and piazza maria novella. there were many restaurants and markets just a few minutes away, so i was never without options (it felt really safe, too!). the air conditioning worked perfectly, which i really appreciated.
the beds weren't very comfortable. i discovered a pillow menu was available only in the morning, so it would've been helpful if that detail was shared earlier.

the staff provided excellent service and were professional. every employee i interacted with was helpful, especially at the reception desk. they assisted with directions and reservations and were always available to answer questions (i loved their patience!).

Lovely Stay, A Real Gem!

The bathroom was luxurious! The historic building has cool artifacts. The staff helped with every request and. Their assistance was invaluable. The hotel's style is very nice too.
I had a very very slight issue. The pillows were not quite to my liking, but everything else was great.

My Comfort Double Room had a comfy bed and good shower. I slept well! The room was beautiful. I enjoyed the elegant design. The cleaning service kept everything very tidy. This.

the location was acceptable it was near the train station
the room was too small the bathroom was cramped and outdated a family room should have more space also the breakfast service felt rigid when i tried to take a small snack to my child who wasn't feeling well this was handled poorly and felt quite unwelcoming it created unnecessary stress i really expect better service especially considering the price

The location was convenient. i found many attractions within a short walk. the breakfast included was a treat. I especially appreciated the variety offered. the staff was friendly and provided quick assistance when i requested extra towels.
i noticed the air conditioning in the room was not very effective. it struggled to maintain a consistent, cool temperature, a bit uncomfortable.
